Welcome to our world of art and education! At ArtEZ, we believe it’s important for new colleagues to feel at home quickly. Our onboarding process is carefully designed to help you not only find your way in your role but also to connect with our organization. We welcome you on two levels:
Your direct colleagues will guide you step by step through your daily tasks. With our onboarding program, you’ll have access to all the information and tools you need to get started. Practical matters will be taken care of so that you can focus on what truly matters to you. We do everything we can to ensure you feel like an integral part of the team in no time.
As a new team member, you’ll also get to know the broader ArtEZ community. Twice a year, we organize an introduction day for all colleagues who recently joined. This day is an opportunity to learn about our organization from various perspectives. It’s not only a moment to receive valuable information but also a chance to meet fellow new colleagues in an informal setting and experience the ArtEZ spirit together.
