Terms of Employment

Working at an educational institute implies having more days off than in any other form of organization. That is correct! Sustainable Employability  

It is evident we rather work with our employees for many years. It is therefore that we focus intently on sustainable employability (SE). For instance, you are assigned special SE hours which you can use to have a reasonable balance between working and non-working time. 

You may also take advantage of corporate rates at more than 1,800 gyms and fitness centres. 

Days off

At ArtEZ, we work on the basis of a 36-hour working week, but you can also opt for a 38-hour or 40-hour working week, which allows you to accrue additional leave. Working at ArtEZ indicates that you yourself can keep the right work - life balance. 

Annual year-end bonus  

Would you like to work with us? Then you will receive an year-end bonus of 8.3 percent
